Introduction
Department of Urdu / Persian was established in the year 1971 by Prof. Abdul Hafeez Ansari founder principal of Arts, Commerce College Malegaon City with establishment of this college. Currently Dr. Ansari Shagufta Abdul Hafeez , HOD and Prof. Mubeen Nazeer are looking after the department . Urdu and Persian subjects are running in FY, SY, TYBA at general level and Additional Urdu in FYBCOM. Department every year prepare for co curricular activities for students simultaneous with curricular programme. A certificate course in Urdu Journalism is also running since 3 years
